The Estonian Association of Architectural and Consulting Engineering Companies (EAACEC) is an association of companies providing engineering consultancy services, founded in 1994 to protect the common interests of its members and to develop the design sector. The association has more than 60 members — both architectural and engineering firms across Estonia — with nearly 700 employees in total.

The aim of EAACEC is to develop consultancy activities related to the construction sector and to represent the interests of its members.

To achieve its objectives, EAACEC:

  • represents the interests of its members in shaping Estonian construction policy and participates in proposing improvements to legislation
  • builds and develops ties with foreign organisations and individuals, participates in the work of international organisations, and represents its members in Estonian, foreign, and international organisations
  • facilitates communication and information exchange among members
  • promotes the use of open and fair principles of competition
  • collects and analyses information on engineering consultancy business
  • publishes collections and printed materials
  • organises events, presentations, information days and seminars.

EAACEC is a member of EFCA — the European Federation of Engineering Consultancy Associations — as well as the Estonian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Estonian Employers Confederation.
