The ceremony was held at the Arvo Pärt Centre in Laulasmaa, which also welcomed guests from on the industry associations who had come to express congratulations to the EAACEC members.
Members of the board Mr. Maidu Saar and Mr. Johann-Aksel Tarbe as well as the CEO Mr. Kalle Karron met the president of the European Federation of Engineering Consultancy Associations (EFCA) Mr. Kevin Ruden in Europe to discuss cooperation opportunities and the EAACEC potentially joining the European organisation. In addition to president Ruden, the member of the board of EFCA Mr. Kimmo Fischer and its secretary general Mr. Jan Van der Putten also attended the meeting.
The annual conference organised by FIDIC, the International Federation of Consulting Engineers, on 10–11 September focused on mobility and smart infrastructures this time around. The EAACEC was represented by members of the board Maidu Saar and Johann-Aksel Tarbe as well as the CEO Kalle Karron.
In the period from September 16-18, 2015, a delegation of 11 members of the management of the Estonian Association of Architectural and Consulting Engineering Companies participated in a study trip to London with the aim to promote export, to get acquainted with the British market of architectural and consulting engineering services (designing) and to develop cooperation.
